WE DEAL WITH ALL THE PAPERWORK
Formalities are a part of our core business
We offer you an extensive and internationally valid customs clearance service. Part of it is the registration and preparation of the necessary documents and goods such as the import and export declarations for customs clearance. We also keep an eye on all adminstrative regulations for you and thus help you avoid any delays in the logistical chain. Our qualified customs service makes sure that anything that is dear and valuable to you will get to its destination safely and on time.
CUSTOM CLEARANCE & DOCUMENTS
Carnet ATA
We recommend this customs document for all exhibits that return to the factory after the trade show. The big advantage is the fact that neither Switzerland or the country of destination imposes any taxes or custom fees.
Temporary Importation and Exportation with an invoice
We recomment this kind of customs clearance for all countries that don’t have the Carnet ATA agreement. This customs procedure serves all exhibits that might be sold directly at the trade fair stand.
Transit document
This document will only be used during the transit between Switzerland and any other EU country as well as Norway and Island.
Import and Export
Goods that cross the Swiss border in either direction must be registered directly and in an unmodified condition at the closest customs office and is subject to clearance.

LAND TRANSPORT
We send your goods on a journey and offer a cost-orientated but safe planning of hiqh-quality at the same time.
Intermodal or land transportation is always a part of our offers. Whether pick-up, main run or last mile, we not only show the way but accompany your goods to its final destination. Before pick up we offer you our transport packaging service to avoid any possible damage. After transport we gladly offer the construction and dismantling of your exhibits. Any needed intermediate storage is also not a problem for us.

AIR FREIGHT
Above the clouds liberty should not only be unlimited but also transportation must be safe and reliable.
By air, the transportation of your freight can be organised more effecient and flexible which is very essential when you deal with hazardous materials or perishable goods. We transport your goods on charter or on-board-courier flights without any dimension or weight restrictions to any place in the world. In order to guarantee a fast, safe and easy shipping to your destination we handle all necessary bureaucratic procedures around customs clearance.

SEA FREIGHT
And as always, the most important rule of our work is to guarantee safety and reliability.
Especially heavy cargo and oversized bulky freight over long distances are more efficiently transported by sea. Like on all our other transportation routes we offer the full range of logistical services such as packaging, customs clearance or the provision of intermediate storage.
